User Data Deletion Instructions
In compliance with Google API Services Policies, Meta Platform Rules, and GDPR/CCPA regulations, you have full control over your stored credentials and data.
01. Automatic Self-Service Deletion via Dashboard
You can instantly purge all OAuth tokens, connected application data, and webhook logs directly from the Deep Connect dashboard:
- Log in to your Deep Connect dashboard at https://deepconnect.theshoaib.me.
- Navigate to Settings > Connected Integrations.
- Locate the service you wish to remove (e.g., Google Drive, Google Sheets, Meta Graph, Instagram).
- Click "Disconnect & Purge Tokens".
- Confirm the action. All stored encrypted refresh tokens, cached access tokens, and sync logs will be permanently deleted from our databases within 60 seconds.
02. Revoking Access from Third-Party Providers
You can also revoke Deep Connect's permissions directly from your Google or Meta account at any time:
Google Account Revocation
Visit Google Account Third-Party Apps, select Deep Connect, and click "Remove Access".
Meta / Facebook / Instagram Revocation
Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites, find Deep Connect, and click "Remove".
03. Manual Deletion Request by Email
If you cannot access your account or wish to request complete deletion of all account records and developer information, you can send an email to our Data Protection Officer:

Subject: Data Deletion Request - [Your Email/User ID]
Upon receiving your request, our team will verify identity and permanently delete all associated tokens, logs, and account records within 48 hours, followed by a formal confirmation email with a Deletion Confirmation Code.
