This Privacy Policy explains how Deep Connect collects, uses, stores, protects, and discloses personal data, Google account info, and OAuth credentials when you access our platform at https://deepconnect.theshoaib.me or use Deep Connect services.
Deep Connect's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, in accordance with Google Limited Use requirements:
- Strict Scope Minimization: Deep Connect strictly minimizes requested Google OAuth scopes. We request basic identity verification scopes only:
openid: Authenticates user identity via Google OpenID Connect.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile: Retrieves user display name and profile picture for personalizing account settings.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email: Identifies user email for communication, sign-in validation, and security alerts.
- No Advertising Usage: We do NOT use, transfer, or disclose Google user data to serve advertisements, build personalized advertising profiles, or retarget users across any platform.
- Zero Data Selling: We NEVER sell Google user data or OAuth credentials to third parties, data brokers, or advertisers under any circumstances.
- No Transfer Except Core Functionality: We do NOT transfer Google user data to third parties, unless necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, comply with applicable laws, or as part of a merger/acquisition with prior notice.
- Strict Human Access Safeguards: Humans do NOT read user data unless: (1) we have obtained your explicit affirmative consent for specific technical troubleshooting, (2) it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse or breach), (3) to comply with applicable law, or (4) data is aggregated and anonymized for internal system telemetry.

Account & Profile Data
Name, email address, and profile avatar retrieved strictly during authorized Google authentication flows.
OAuth Cryptographic Vault
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with dedicated AES-256 KMS keys and transmitted exclusively over TLS 1.3.
03. How We Use Your Data
Data retrieved from Google Sign-In is used exclusively to:
- Authenticate your identity and establish your encrypted session profile.
- Provide customer support and resolve user-reported integration issues.
- Maintain audit logs and protect system integrity against unauthorized account takeover.
04. Data Retention & Permanent Deletion
We retain user account credentials only for the duration of your active subscription or until you request account deletion.
Upon user request or account disconnect, all stored OAuth tokens, sessions, and profile records are permanently purged from our servers within 48 hours.
