Deep Connect's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:
- Google Sign-In Authentication: Deep Connect uses Google Sign-In to securely authenticate users and verify identity without storing passwords. We only access basic profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) granted during the sign-in flow.
- Scoped Access: We only request access to Google permissions and scopes strictly required to perform user-authorized operations (such as syncing Google Sheets, reading designated Google Drive files, or managing integrations).
- No Data Transfer for Ads: We do NOT transfer Google user data to third parties, unless necessary to provide or improve the core features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger/acquisition.
- No Advertising Usage: We do NOT use or transfer Google user data for serving advertisements, retargeting, or personalized marketing.
- Human Access Restrictions: We do NOT allow humans to read user data unless we have obtained your affirmative agreement for specific troubleshooting, it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or for internal operations where the data is aggregated and de-identified.

Account & Profile Data
Name, email address, profile picture from Google authentication, company name, billing details, and contact information.
OAuth Authentication Credentials
OAuth 2.0 access tokens, refresh tokens, expiration timestamps, and authorized scope identifiers granted via user consent.

Deep Connect processes data solely for the following explicit purposes:
- User Authentication: Authenticating your identity securely via Google Sign-In and managing your user session.
- Executing Authorized Syncs & Workflows: Relaying API requests between your application and connected services (e.g., Google Sheets, Drive, or Meta).
- Token Maintenance: Securely refreshing access tokens using OAuth 2.0 grant protocols.
- Security & Anomaly Detection: Detecting unauthorized access, preventing API abuse, and monitoring error rates.
- Customer Support: Providing direct technical assistance and notifications regarding your account.
04. Data Security & Storage Practices
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect user data and credentials:
Bank-Grade AES-256 Encryption: All OAuth refresh tokens and credentials stored at rest are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using hardware-backed cryptographic key management (KMS).
TLS 1.3 in Transit: All communications between clients, Deep Connect servers, and third-party APIs enforce modern TLS encryption.
Ephemeral Payload Processing: Synced payload data is relayed in real time and is not permanently persisted on Deep Connect servers unless explicitly configured by the user for retry caching.
05. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain OAuth tokens and account configurations only as long as your account remains active. You may revoke access or request immediate deletion of all stored tokens and personal data at any time.
