Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2025 | Last Updated: March 2025
01. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Deep Connect ("Service"), provided by Deep Connect ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.
02. Service Description
Deep Connect provides a secure communication and collaboration platform, user account authentication via Google Sign-In, token management, and data synchronization middleware between client applications and third-party APIs (including Google Cloud, Google Sheets, Google Drive, YouTube, Meta Platforms, Instagram, and webhooks).
You acknowledge that Deep Connect acts as an authorized platform and technical intermediary and that your use of third-party APIs remains subject to the respective provider's developer terms (e.g. Google APIs Terms of Service, Meta Platform Terms).
03. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Deep Connect to:
- Violate any applicable national or international laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Exceed or bypass rate limits, quotas, or platform security restrictions established by third-party APIs.
- Harvest, scrape, or distribute unauthorized personal data or credentials.
- Deploy malware, spam, phishing attacks, or conduct denial-of-service attempts.
04. Subscription, Fees & Fair Billing
Deep Connect offers paid subscription plans starting at $2/month (Starter/Pro Plan) as well as Custom Enterprise plans.
Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring monthly or annual basis unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
05. Security & API Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and webhook secrets. Deep Connect encrypts all OAuth tokens using AES-256-GCM. We encourage using scoped access keys and revoking tokens immediately if a compromise is suspected.
06. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deep Connect shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, resulting from third-party API deprecations, rate limits, or platform outages outside our control.
